This (New) Old House
First Impressions Day Care has been in business since 1997. It operates out of an updated, converted home located in a historical residential neighborhood near downtown Springfield, Illinois. The home was previously located on Spring Street before being moved to its current location.

Owner Colleen Ikerionwu, a former police officer and mother of six children, describes the center as having "the small feel and closeness of a home ... but the security and feel of a school at the same time."
